1. If this is your first appointment, please arrive to your appointment 10 to 15 minutes early if a new client under 18 with parent/guardian. Consultation paperwork will have to be filled out. Please try to avoid making plans close to appointment time as this process can take 2 1/2 to 3 hours-depending on the amount of lashes you have. If you are over 18 you can disregard this since it's completed online.
2. NO MAKEUP should be worn to your appointment. Please wash face clean of any make up or debris, as this helps with the application of your lash extensions.
3. ***If you will be more than 10 minutes late please call, text, or email. At that time, your appointment will be cancelled and can be rescheduled. Remember everyone's time is valuable. There may be appointments scheduled after yours . Everyone should get the time alloted for their appointment.
4. For cancellations, please give a 24 hour notice by call, text, or email. DEPOSITS must be paid or appointment is cancelled. Deposit go toward services being done. If you have to cancel/reschedule it has to be done 24 hours prior to appointment or deposit is lost and NOT REFUNDED. It is your responsibility to set up a new appointment by call, text, or email. Extended fill prices are still effective with all reschedules and cancels.
5. Contacts should be removed prior to the appointment. Please bring your case and you may put them back in following the appointment.
6. You will receive a reminder notice 48 hours before your scheduled time. Appointment is not confirmed until deposit is received.
7. All appointments are held on an appointment basis only. I charge a specific fee for the allotted time and service. How full your lashes will look at the end of your touch up appointment will be greatly affected by how many lashes you have when you arrive to your follow up appointment. Please keep this in mind when determining how long to wait to schedule your refills, as I require all our lash clients to return every 2 weeks (sometimes sooner depending on how fast your natural lashes grow and how well you maintain them between fills).
8. If you have been rough on your lashes in between fills and have lost more than normal, additional time may need at an ADDITIONAL COST. Please contact Glam iLashe Studio prior to your appointment, if this is the case, to allow adjustment of time. I will not do a full set in the time of a fill. You will need to book an appointment on a different day. Other clients may be scheduled after you so be respectful of their time. YOU SHOULD SEE WHAT IS MISSING BEFORE BOOKING.
9. While I love children, I respectfully request NO children while you are receiving services(as they will be unsupervised). This is to ensure that I can concentrate 100% on you and your treatment. Please make arrangements prior to your appointment for your children. If you arrive with your children, your appointment will be rescheduled. Thank you for your consideration, cooperation, and understanding.
10. Being on time and having clean lashes ensures you get the maximum time for your lash application, every minute counts with eyelash applications. Unfortunately, additional time cannot be given to clients who arrive late to their appointment or arrive with dirty lashes(i.e- liquid eyeliner, makeup of any kind, mascara, goopy/sleepy eyes). Arriving on time on time for your lash appointments is important to ensure your treatment time is not cut down, as we need to stay on time. I like to respect your appointment time and any clients scheduled. Lets respect each others time.
11. All care is taken to ensure your safety. I will go over your intake forms with you and any contraindications, such as allergies. We kindly ask that you contact Glam iLashe Studio immediately if you become aware of any type of irritation, so we may assist you as quickly as possible.
12. I ask that when you come to your appointment come ALONE. I appreciate the understanding and cooperation.
13. Your privacy is important. I collect your personal information such as name, email, and telephone number to create an easy client booking. This will keep you informed of upcoming appointments, deals, new services, etc.
14.****If you are under the age of 18 your parent/guardian must complete the consent online. They must come with you the day of the appointment to sign that consent. If not, you will have to reschedule.
15. I accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Pay Pal, my business Gift Certificate, and cash payment is accepted. No checks will be accepted. I do expect payment at the time of services. Be aware I do not keep cash unless services are paid with cash that day. Please come with exact amount for payment.
16. I do ask for NO CELL PHONE USE during appointment-as I am not resposible for injuries to your eyes because you have them open. This is stated on the consent. I DO NOT READ TEXT OR VERIFY YOUR CALLS. My job is to complete your lashes not answer your phone-as this delays our time.
