READ BEFORE BOOKING

I do ask for respect of my business.  If I feel that you lack that as a client I will no longer book you.  I do not tolerate  ANY disrespect.  I will fire you as a client. and you will no longer be able to book with my business.  There are plenty of lash artist out there.

My policies are set for EVERYONE  and I WILL NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS.

Time slots are limited so that means book your appointment ahead of time.  Last minute appointments will come at an additional cost.

Reminders for appointments go out 48 hours prior to your appointment.  You have exactly 12 hours after that reminder to pay your deposit.  If not you WILL be canceled.

DO NOT send your deposit to be able to get your appointment back.  You were CANCELED.  I will go to the wait list to schedule first.  You will have to pay $10-$15 fee plus the deposit to be placed back on the schedule.  You will be required to pay the remainder of your appointment cost. For example volume  fill($50), $20 deposit+$10 fee+$30 remaining amount due. Same for a full set cancelation, Volume full set($90)$40 deposit+$15 fee+$50 remaining amount due.  To avoid this pay on time.

At that point, if you were set on a every two week schedule-your time will change.  The person that paid the deposit from the wait list will have that time slot.

When paying a deposit for more that one person-note that with the payment or send a text message.

If you have my personal number it is NOT to be used for business.  I will NOT answer those text. Anything with lashes use 262-235-3005.

Pay attention to your lashes.  If you can look and see you are missing too many that means you are a full set.  You will need to schedule for a full set.  I will NO longer fill-as this is not enough time to complete your lashes-making more gone on your next appointment.
