MASK POLICY

A mask is required at appointments if you are feeling under the weather. If you are sick its best to reschedule for a later date. If you forget your mask I do not provide them. If you have to leave to get one that takes time from your appointment or we can cancel. At that time, you will lose you deposit.

RESCHEDULE/CANCEL

DO NOT PAY UNTIL APPOINTMENT IS BOOKED. Cancel your appointment if you do Not want to wear a mask. It is a requirement to have an appointment with me.

Reschedule your appointment at the time of your reminder if you feel that you will not be able to make it so that a new appointment can be made.

HOLIDAYS

The studio is closed on all major holidays. Please plan ahead to make appointments as there will be limited appointments and clients looking to make an appointment. If you have not made future appointments text me so that you can be placed on the schedule.

Services Deposit (pay when appointment is booked)

DO NOT PAY UNTIL APPOINTMENT IS BOOKED. Deposits will be taken for ALL services. Deposit has to be paid 36 to 48 hours prior to appointment-which is applied toward services given. Any cancel/reschedule has to be done 24 hours prior to appt. If 24 hours and less, deposit is lost with NO REFUNDS and appointment is canceled! Place the amount to be paid for the type of service you are getting. Paying this deposit, you agree to the terms of having an appointment with Glam iLashe studio. The remainder is due at appointment.

Appointment reminders come at 48 hours-you have 12 hours after that to get deposit in or you are canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS.
